    Louis Pietragallo

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Louis Pietragallo is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stone Rooster Inc.

    Prior to Stone Rooster, Louis was the Head of Digital Commerce and Technology for the Pittsburgh Steelers responsible for all digital commerce channels, technical platforms, infrastructure, and eCommerce functionality. Before joining the Steelers, Louis was a founding partner of KnowledgePath where he led their business technology practice and managed a team of senior level eCommerce consultants, project managers, UX/UI engineers, and quality assurance analysts. Prior to KnowledgePath, Louis worked for ATG (now Oracle) and was also previously Director of Web Development at American Eagle Outfitters.

    Louis received a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Duquesne University.

    Jeff Pietragallo

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Jeff Pietragallo is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Stone Rooster Inc.

    Prior to Stone Rooster, Jeff worked in the financial services industry for nearly two decades. Jeff spent the majority of his career in financial services at AllianceBernstein, a global asset management firm based in New York, where he was a Managing Director responsible for various financial, business development and client service-related roles. More recently, Jeff worked for Praesidium Investment Management where he was responsible for managing the firm's existing client relationships and led the firm's business development efforts.

    Jeff received a BS in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from New York University

    Leo Dolan

    TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRACTICE LEAD

    Leo Dolan is an eCommerce Solution Architect and Practice Lead of the Stone Rooster Technology Solutions Division

    With 25 years of experience in eCommerce, Leo previously worked with a consultancy as a Solution Architect partnering with several leading enterprise brands on their digital commerce initiatives. Prior to that, Leo spent nearly a decade working at Chico’s FAS where he launched their first eCommerce website and later transitioned their business to a multi-brand, multi-channel implementation.

    Leo received a BA in English Language and Literature from Florida State University.

  • Ericka Giles

    DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES

    With over thirty years of tenure at Stone Rooster, (formerly ABDI, Inc.), Ericka brings a wealth of expertise in client and customer services, optimizing business processes, and nurturing relationships. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded numerous cross-functional projects, delivering significant outcomes for both Stone Rooster and its clientele. Ericka's journey in the industry began in the Credit Management Department of The Home Shopping Network in Tampa, Florida.

    Ericka received her BS in Business Management from Robert Morris College.

  • Zach Peachy

    DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATION

    Zach has been the anchor of the Stone Rooster (formerly ABDI, Inc.) technology team since 2011. In 2021 Zach took on an expanded operations role and is now also responsible for warehouse technology and operations. For the past 20 years, he has strived to create robust solutions that meet client needs. Prior to Stone Rooster Zach learned a great deal about process control and IT infrastructure while working at Benshaw, a solid state and motor controls company. Zach continues to stay up-to-date with ever changing technology, works tirelessly to ensure operations at Stone Rooster are running smoothly and is involved in all aspects of warehouse operations.

    Zach received a Bachelor of Database Information Systems and Computer technology from Purdue University.

  • Maximiliano Arese

    TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS DELIVERY LEAD

    Maximiliano (“Maxi”) is a seasoned professional with over fifteen years of experience in technology and digital commerce solutions, handling a variety of critical roles as a developer, project manager, service delivery manager, and sales lead. With a passion for people, Maxi believes that genuine connections occur between individuals, not just companies. This creates a high focus on understanding client needs and delivering services aligned with their business objectives. Maxi provides deep insights into MACH technologies, strategic growth, and fostering lasting client relationships in the ever-evolving world of digital commerce for our customers.

    Maxi attended Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Facultad de Ciencias Económicas in Córdoba, Argentina.

  • Dana Pietragallo

    VP OF MARKETING

    Dana started her career in the call center at PNC Bank in downtown Pittsburgh. Over her fifteen-year career at PNC Bank she also worked in product management, workplace banking and marketing & promotions. She brings valuable experience to customer experience and client retention at Stone Rooster. Dana is involved in marketing, corporate event planning and HR activities. Dana leads initiatives in the recruiting of warehouse associates and also in the training and development of current team members. Dana also is involved in the content of the Stone Rooster corporate website.

    Dana received Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Westminster College.

  • Tracy Charlovich

    CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

    Tracy has been a proven asset to Stone Rooster. She worked as a customer service representative with Stone Rooster (formerly ABDI, Inc.) for 3 years before leaving to start her family. In 2006, Tracy returned to the Customer Service Department, where she perfected her talents and was promoted to Customer Service Specialist and eventually Client Service Manager. She is dedicated and results-oriented with a strong commitment to client and customer satisfaction. Prior to Stone Rooster, Tracy worked in the banking industry for Mellon Bank as a Loan Officer.

    Tracy received her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

  • Mark Karns

    WAREHOUSE MANAGER & INVENTORY SPECIALIST

    With over 30 years of warehouse experience, Mark is highly organized and specializes in physical inventories and warehouse management. Prior to Stone Rooster, Mark worked in the printing industry for Publishers Choice where he appeared on Mr. Rogers, demonstrating how to print and bind books. He later worked with Associations Printing Service until 1991 when he joined the staff of Stone Rooster (formerly ABDI, Inc.).

    Mark received an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Butler County Community College.

  • Jaquet "KayB" Martin

    WAREHOUSE LEAD - CUSTOM PRODUCTION/RECEIVING

    Jaquet Martin “KayB” has been with Stone Rooster for 5 years. He has advanced to a leadership role through his versatility, becoming an expert in custom production (which requires skilled use of AutoCAD programs), cutting and weeding vinyl and using an industrial heat press to customize jerseys and other apparel items. KayB has also taken on a leadership role in the receiving department and often rotates between custom production and receiving. KayB is a valuable part of the Stone Rooster team.

  • Mark Carpenter

    WAREHOUSE LEAD - PICK & PACK

    Mark Carpenter “Carp” has been with Stone Rooster (formerly ABDI, Inc.) for 12 Years. He manages most of the larger association accounts for Stone Rooster. Carp leads by example and ensures that outbound packages have the right items and are going to the right destination. Prior to Stone Rooster Carp spent nearly 30 years at UPS that included a long tenure as a delivery driver.

  • Duane Fritz

    WAREHOUSE LEAD - PICK & PACK

    Duane has been with Stone Rooster for 3 Years and has quickly inserted himself as a leader entirely focused on meeting daily client SLAs. He leads by example and ensures all client and customer needs are met. His passion drives performance in the warehouse. Prior to Stone Rooster, Duane spent 13 years at Lucky Vitamin and GNC in the same Buncher Commerce Park where Stone Rooster currently is located. Before GNC, Duane held warehouse leadership roles at Shop ‘N Save grocery stores.
